Questions about moving in Bali
How much does a move in Bali cost?
It depends on the volume of your belongings, the crew and vehicles needed, the distance, access at both addresses and any extra services. Each package has a starting price. Your final price is set in a quote after we learn about your move.
How far in advance should I book?
Contact us as soon as you know your date or a rough period. Availability depends on our schedule, so earlier requests give you more date options.
Do you provide packing materials?
Yes. We supply boxes, bubble wrap, stretch film, tape and protective materials. They are included in Full Service and Premium, and available as extras with other packages.
Can you pack my whole home?
Yes. Full packing is part of Full Service Move and Premium Relocation, and can be added to Move Only or Protected Move.
Can you take apart and reassemble furniture?
Yes. Standard disassembly and assembly are included in Full Service and Premium. With Move Only and Protected Move they are available for an extra fee.
Do I need to know the exact volume of my things?
No. Choose Small, Medium, Large or Not sure in the form. Photos or a video help us estimate, and for bigger moves we may assess on site.
Can you move between different areas of Bali?
Yes. We work across all of Bali. Tell us your pickup and destination areas, and we include the distance in your quote.
What if my new home isn't ready yet?
We can move your belongings into WSS Storage and deliver them to your new home when you are ready.
Can I combine moving with storage?
Yes. Storage is billed separately from the move unless we prepare a combined quote for you. With Premium Relocation, we coordinate the storage for you.
How is the final price calculated?
From the agreed scope: volume, crew, vehicles, trips, distance, access, packing, furniture work, special items and storage. Everything included is listed in your quote.
Are stairs, difficult access and extra trips included?
Not automatically. We assess access at both addresses and add any extra work, such as stairs without a lift, long carry distances or additional trips, to your quote.
How do I send photos or videos for the assessment?
Send them on WhatsApp. A short walk-through video of each room is usually the most helpful.
